Bernard Bradpiece - President and Chief Executive Officer

Originally based in the UK, Mr. Bradpiece's career has spanned over 30 years.  Fifteen as a successful entrepreneur in the auto industry, 12 in executive corporate finance positions, latterly as head of UK Corporate Finance for Chase Manhattan Bank, and five years as an international business consultant specializing in restructuring, repositioning and business development in a variety of industries.  His clients included British Aerospace PLC, Raleigh Cycles, and Royal Worchester and Spode potteries.  He has had extensive experience executing complex and innovative mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions.  Mr. Bradpiece's restructuring experience spans the aerospace, financial services, consumer durable and newspaper industries.  Among his responsibilities in the UK, Mr. Bradpiece was a director of Midland Independent Newspapers PLC, a leading regional newspaper business that he helped guide from a management buyout in 1991 to $380 million IPO in 1994.  Mr. Bradpiece earned an M.B.A from Cranfield Business School, England.


Denny Guastaferro - Executive Vice President

Mr. Guastaferro has spent his career in print media publishing, 26 years in the USA and eight years in Europe. He was director of marketing for Journal Publishing Company, the newspaper arm of Harte-Hanks Communications, Inc. prior to moving to the Gannett Company, Inc. as group display advertising director responsible for 92 daily and Sunday titles. He was appointed European marketing director for IPL Limited, which included responsibility for marketing, advertising and circulation of national and regional daily and weekly newspapers with a circulation in excess of 500,000. Mr. Guastaferro has extensive experience in successfully restructuring revenue generation departments of newspapers and shoppers including development strategies for product repositioning, new product launches and new incentive programs. Mr. Guastaferro earned a B.S. degree in economics from the University of Cincinnati.


Bill Osborne - Human Resources and Training Director

Mr. Osborne has over 20 years experience assisting newspaper executives, managers and members of advertising teams in the US, UK and Ireland to focus on the continually changing marketplace by designing, developing and delivering sales management and sales skills training programs. As corporate director of advertising training at Gannett, he designed, staffed and implemented a training department serving 92 newspapers and 2,500 managers and staff. He served as the corporate training director for IDC, an international newspaper company. Also of note, Mr. Osborne has extensive human resources experience including employment and training director at The Baltimore Sun. Mr. Osborne earned a B.S. degree in psychology fro the University of Maryland and an M.A. degree in psychology counseling from the Adler Dreikurs Institute.
